Deli Staff (Full/Part Time Positions Available – Royal Avenue/HALT)

• We’re on the lookout for an enthusiastic, reliable Cook/Deli team members to join our growing team.

  We have a couple of part time roles - expectations to do minimum 1 weekend day and 1 week day shift. Our shifts start between 8 and 11am and finish at 4pm across all locations.

  What you’ll be doing:

• Making bagel sandwiches to order, quickly and accurately

• Prepping hot and cold food each day, as well as weekly bulk food prep tasks.

• Delivering friendly, efficient customer service in a busy environment

• Handling tills and cash confidently

• Keeping the workspace clean, organised and food-safe at all times

• Working as part of a close-knit team during busy service periods

  What we’re looking for:

• Previous experience in a fast-paced cafe/kitchen environment preferred

• Ability to stay calm, focused and positive during peak hours

• Ability to collaborate in a team environment

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• A dependable, punctual and proactive attitude

• Sociable working hours

• Level 2 food hygiene certificate is a nice to have, but can be undertaken once started
